During the Clinical Sciences, students are engaged in direct patient encounters at teaching-based hospitals in the U.S and Jamaica.

Recognitions and Accreditations
Programs OFfered By RGU
Students begin their education on campus in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Bachelor of Science in Public Health – This is an accelerated hybrid program that offers students a career in the field of Public Health. Ideal for high school graduates.
- Accelerated program with seven (7) semesters. Program can be completed in 2 years and 4 months.
- First 4 semesters are completed on campus in St. Vincent. Final 3 semesters completed online.
4 Year MD Program – This program is suitable for persons with a bachelor’s degree in a science discipline or college students with at least 90 credits of required prerequisites. The program consists of:
- Five (5) semesters of Basic Medical Sciences taught on campus.
- Eighty (80) weeks of Clinical Clerkship at accredited teaching-based hospitals in the U.S and Jamaica. Students complete 48 weeks of Core Clerkships and 32 weeks of elective rotations.
5 Year MD Program – This program is suitable for high school graduates and persons who do not have the required 90 credits of prerequisites.
- Four (4) semesters of prerequisite courses completed in the General Sciences / Premedical Professional Pathway program.
- Upon completion of the 4 semesters, students are then promoted to the Basic Medical Sciences in the 4 – Year MD Program.
